Q: How to get the price list?
A: Sorry that we don't have price list because each project has difference requirements, and we quote according to your detailed requirements.
Q: Can I use my own forwarder to transport the products for me?
A: Yes, if you have your own forwarder, you can let your forwarder ship the products for you. But it is suggested that use our forwarder because we have long-term good relationship with them for good price and service.
Q: How to proceed an order for led Dispaly?
A: Firstly let us know your requirements or application. Secondly we quote according to your requirements or our suggestions. Thirdly customer confirms the samples and places deposit for formal order. Fourthly we arrange the production.
Q: Is it OK to print my logo on cabinet?
A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
Q: How to deal with the faulty?
A: Firstly, our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%. Secondly, for defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.
